Attorneys

Michelle Sheehan Prior became affiliated with the firm in January 1997 as special counsel.  She received her law degree from St. John's University School of Law, with honors, in 1986.  She was graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany in 1983.  Since 1993, Ms. Prior has conducted a criminal appeals practice.  From 1988 through 1992, Ms. Prior was a Deputy Attorney General with the New York State Organized Crime Task Force in White Plains, New York.  From 1986 until 1988, Ms. Prior served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York.  She now serves as village prosecutor for various villages in Nassau County.
