John M. Gaioni was graduated from Brown University and received his J.D. degree from St. John's University magna cum laude in 1981. He concentrates his practice in corporate and securities matters, including public debt and equity financings, private placements of securities, Regulation S offerings, SEC public company reporting and compliance, representation of small business investment companies, general corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and secured lending. Before joining the firm in 1986, Mr. Gaioni was associated with the law firms of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and Spengler, Carlson, Gubar, Brodsky & Frischling, both in New York City.
