Donald Florman , a 1968 graduate of New York University School of Law who received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University , has extensive experience in representing franchisors, whom he advises in their relationships with state regulatory bodies and in compliance with disclosure and reporting requirements.  Mr. Florman counsels franchisors in matters involving franchisee relations.  He also represents several national retailers with hundreds of outlets in connection with their leasing and real estate matters.  In addition, he devotes a considerable portion of his practice to contract, mortgage foreclosure, lending, secured transactions, and related commercial matters.
